XINDA TURKIYE FACILITY... As XINDA EUROPE, we have launched our local production initiative with our Co-rotate Twin-Screw Extruder pilot production project. With this strategic step, we aim to blend China's production efficiency with Europe's understanding of quality. By strengthening our production infrastructure and supply chain in Türkiye every passing day, we aim to offer our customers the advantages of domestic production that is both competitive and of superior quality.
NEW GENERATION CO-KNEADER SKW CABLE COMPOUND PRODUCTION LINE (HFFR - XLPE - SEMI CONDUCTIVE INSULATING - BLACK SHEATHING) We started to sell our new generation Co-Kneader (SKW) after a long R&D and trial process. SKW is the best solution especially for the cable compounds (HFFR, XLPE, ...). SKW offers higher capacities with lower electric consumption. Also, SKW (Swiss based technology) offers better final product than other conventional compounding technics.
NEW GENERATION CO-KNEADER - WKS PVC COMPOUND PRODUCTION LINE The WKS series Co-Kneader system was specially developed by XINDA for the production of high-capacity PVC compounds. With the new technology new generation WKS series, the investment and unit production costs are much better than the SJW series while users reach high capacities. At the same time, the WKS system allows the high quality production of different PVC compound types, such as soft and medical type. The system can reach a capacity of about 2500 kg / h, depending on the formulation used.
